Paleo Recipes

If you are following a Paleo Diet, here is a list of all of my recipes that you can make and feel guilt free:

The Basics:

Chicken Stock

Drinks:

Mint Green Tea

Soups:

Chicken Soup with Vegetables (remove the cheese rind and ditalini for Paleo version)
Chorizo Sausage and Green Vegetable Soup (omit the cheese rind to make it Paleo)
Vegetable Soup with Cabbage
Roasted Squash,Sweet Potato and Garlic Soup
Spicy Organic Chili
Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash

Appetizers:

Chili Lime Garlic Wings

Side Dishes:

Red Cabbage
Roasted Squash

Main Dishes:

Chicken with Peppers and Onions
Lamb Shanks
Mom's Sunday Pasta Sauce
Osso Buco (just don't flour the meat)
Oxtail Stew
Pork Chili in the Slow Cooker
Roast Pork with Apples and Onions
Sausage and Kale
Tilapia (remove the butter and replace it with ghee or another Paleo approved oil)

Snacks:
Granola
