Ingredients:
4 green onions, chopped, about 1/2 cup
6 cups leafy greens, such as spinach or kale, in any combination, chopped
4 cups collard greens, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup rutabaga, or turnips, chopped
1 Bay leaf
1/2 tsp dried thyme
3 inch cheese rind
12 cups chicken stock
1 lb Chorizo, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces. You can use any other kind of sausage you like.
