There really is a difference when you use the freshest ingredients and make it yourself. I do it all from my home on Long Island, NY where the farm stands and my garden give me much of what I need. When you use local and organic ingredients you are being kind to the planet.

Plant Your Peas
St. Patrick's Day is the traditional day to plant your spring peas. The soil maybe cold and the air cool, but it is time. Pull out your pea fences and seeds and plant those peas!
