Turkey Avocado Swiss Slider Burgers

Mini burgers are always a hit.  This recipe is a healthier version of a burger that is better for you and cute.  I find that freezing the patties after making them helps make the burgers stay together better when grilling.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey meat
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
3 TBS honey mustard
1 avocado, sliced
7 slices Swiss cheese
7 slider buns

Here's how:

Combine the meat, seasoning, and honey mustard in a medium sized bowl.

Form into 7 equal sized patties.  Freeze.

Grill the burgers on 4 minutes each side.

During the last 2 minutes, top with the cheese.

Remove from the grill and place on the buns.

Top with avocado and serve.
