BBQ Bacon Cheddar Slider Burgers

There is something about sliders that people just love.  I think it is the fact that you can eat several of them and not feel like you ate too much.  This recipe combines all of your favorite burger toppings and adds it to the burger itself.  Freeze the meat after making the patties to help them stay together when cooking.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 cup BBQ sauce, divided into 1/2 cup portions
1 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4-5 slices cooked bacon, cut up
slider buns

Here's how:

Combine the meat, 1/2 cup sauce, 3/4 cup cheese and bacon in a medium sized bowl.

Form into 7 patties.  Freeze.

When ready to cook, grill on each side for 4 minutes.

Top with more cheese during the last 2 minutes of grilling.

Remove from the grill and place in buns.

Top with the remaining BBQ sauce.

Serve.
