There really is a difference when you use the freshest ingredients and make it yourself. I do it all from my home on Long Island, NY where the farm stands and my garden give me much of what I need. When you use local and organic ingredients you are being kind to the planet.

June 15, 2010 Vegetable Garden
Here is what I picked in the garden on June 15. The early season vegetables are in peas and rhubarb. I picked everything and put it in the freezer for future use.
