There really is a difference when you use the freshest ingredients and make it yourself. I do it all from my home on Long Island, NY where the farm stands and my garden give me much of what I need. When you use local and organic ingredients you are being kind to the planet.

September 17, 2010 Tomatoes
Yesterday was a warmer day than it has been. There were only cherry tomatoes ready. They really have been the most reliable tomatoes this season. I just wish I liked to eat them...
